1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 888ad website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming products and services accessible under the 888ad brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 888ad platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's 888ad account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account as part of a promotion, which are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a player on any game, sport, or event available on the 888ad platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required by 888ad prior to account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the base currency of all 888ad accounts.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the 888ad platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 888ad platform, you unconditionally confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accept the 888ad Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• All information you provide to 888ad is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 888ad relating to your use of the platform.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 888ad platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 888ad enforces this age restriction without exception. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 888ad or any of its affiliated companies or gaming suppliers.
• You must not be self-excluded from the 888ad platform or from any other licensed gaming operator under a recognised self-exclusion programme.

888ad reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence) at any time. Accounts will be suspended pending satisfactory verification and may be permanently closed if verification cannot be completed.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 888ad services, players must register a valid account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) 888ad account only. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your true legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details during registration. 888ad reserves the right to verify this information against official documentation at any time.
• Account Currency: All 888ad accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This cannot be altered after account creation.
• Registration for Personal Use Only: Accounts must be registered and used solely by the individual named on the account. Sharing account access with any third party is prohibited.

888ad reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 888ad account login credentials. Specifically:

• You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify 888ad support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 888ad will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• 888ad will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 888ad account. This feature is available free of charge to all registered players and provides a significant additional layer of security.

6 Deposits

All deposits to 888ad accounts are processed in PKR. The following terms govern the deposit process:

• Accepted Methods: 888ad accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed at the time of deposit.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions and Rs 500 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts for card and crypto deposits are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Third-Party Deposits: 888ad strictly prohibits the use of payment accounts belonging to a third party for funding your 888ad account. Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• No Deposit Fees: 888ad does not charge fees on incoming deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 888ad accepts no responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available (non-bonus) account balances subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be required to do so before any withdrawal is approved. Required documents typically include a copy of a valid CNIC, passport, or equivalent identity document, along with proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practice. 888ad reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different method.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Crypto withdrawals are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours subject to network conditions.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Review: 888ad reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending additional verification, particularly for large withdrawals or accounts flagged for unusual activity. Where a delay exceeds 72 hours, 888ad will communicate the reason to the affected player.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

888ad offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total value of wagers that must be placed before bonus funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute at different rates toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at the full rate (100%). Live casino games, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus without compensation.
• Abuse of Promotions: 888ad reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging, systematic exploitation, or coordinated play across multiple accounts.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 888ad platform. Specific game rules for individual products (cricket betting, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, slots, live casino, boxing, etc.) are published within each respective game or product section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All wagers are accepted at 888ad's sole discretion. 888ad reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager without providing a reason.
• Obvious Errors: Where a wager is accepted as a result of an obvious pricing or technical error, 888ad reserves the right to void that wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. This applies regardless of the outcome.
• Insufficient Funds: Wagers will only be accepted where the player's account holds sufficient cleared funds to cover the full stake amount. Bets placed in excess of available balance will not be accepted.
• Result Finality: Once a betting event has been settled by 888ad, that settlement is final unless a manifest error is identified by the platform. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 48 hours of the event conclusion.
• Live Betting: Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time at 888ad's discretion. Where a wager has been placed before a market suspension takes effect, that wager will stand unless voided under the obvious error provisions above.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888ad platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one 888ad account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to exploit the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the 888ad platform;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888ad staff or other players through any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 888ad platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and video materials — is the property of 888ad or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without 888ad's prior written consent.

12 Responsible Gaming

888ad is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. The platform offers the following responsible gaming features, all of which are accessible via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session length alerts to notify them when a pre-set duration of continuous play has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. During a cooling-off period, login access is restricted and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from 888ad may submit a self-exclusion request via the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

888ad reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction;
• Inactivity on the account for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 888ad may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion. Players wishing to voluntarily close their 888ad account may do so by contacting customer support.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888ad excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even where 888ad has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond 888ad's reasonable control, including force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

888ad's total liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 888ad holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 888ad platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through 888ad's internal dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Submit a formal complaint to 888ad customer support with full details of the dispute.
• Step 2: 888ad will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved following 888ad's internal review, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or independent dispute resolution body.

888ad's decision following completion of the internal dispute resolution process will be final and binding unless successfully challenged through an applicable external dispute resolution mechanism.
